Wow! I can't believe how fast this class has gone. We each did our 5 minute ADDIE presentation. This time also flew by. I tried to cram too much information in to one Power Pointe. All said and done, I was very proud of myself for presenting my first Power Pointe. Also, only the fourth time presenting with a computer, projector and a screen. I had a blast doing it and learned so many features. I want to try sound next time.
This is why I don't want to build a home. It takes me too long to decide on designs and colors. In the long run the presentation didn't meet all the criteria even though I had some nice slides to show my evidence. I'm afraid these same results would happen building a home.
It was fun to watch all the presentations and the different levels of savvyness. Is that a word?
I spent the rest of the class working on my documents. It sure is a lot of work but rewarding. All the practice of designing with the ADDIE Model I feel has warranted the investment of what I have learned from the process and this class. I know now not to sweat the small stuff; that would be the Analysis and Design steps. I really have had a double learning curve; new material and new tools. I enjoyed the challenge.
I want to learn and try so many new things. I need to take baby steps though. I sometimes felt a little burned out. I liked the format of the class. Again, another new beginning. First time I have experienced a flip classroom. I enjoyed it. I feel we did some of the blended learning as well.
I feel more confident in my self and my skills. I remember the first couple of classes how fearful I was of the not knowing. I had several aha moments during this course. Thanks Much.
I am going to miss this class. I bought two, "Teach Like a Champion" books and gave them as gifts. What a great resource.
Thanks Camille and Ross for your time and expertise.
